With the 2012 Rugby season all wrapped up, it was time to honor the outstanding contributions and performances of particular players at the Parents’ & Alumni dinner last Saturday. Some awards were voted by the players and others by the coaching staff, but the feelings on who best deserved each of the awards were always unanimous.
Pat McCreesh or McCreature as he is known by his teammates was awarded Clubman of the Year for his outstanding contributions on and off the field. Pat’s tireless efforts assisting the club officers and coaches with often the unglamorous duties never went unnoticed. Not only was he always one of the first to arrive at training and the last to leave, McCreature lead by example in all A Side contact drills and fitness training. Well done Pat!
